Example of an Equipment Rack We Have Used

An example of an equipment rack we have used is shown above, though we have also used much smaller racks, and have placed the instrument directly on top of the rack. The basic electronics package comprises a computer equipped with an a/d card , a preamplifier, an optional bandpass filter, and an optional chopper control. The entire process of data acquisition and analysis is accomplished under computer control. The laser control is shown on top of the equipment rack.
